ICAN’s conference will be taking place August 6-7, 2027 in Philadelphia. The conference will include a clinic day with specialists at CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) on Friday, a social event Friday night, an all day conference with speakers and breakout sessions Saturday, and a dinner Saturday night.

Subsidized Pricing Announcement
Subsidized Registration Rates: Thanks to generous donations, listed registration prices are heavily subsidized to ensure as many families as possible can attend.
To support family participation at the annual ICAN Conference, we have updated our registration pricing policy for children:
Child Registration Fee: Reduced to $50 per child.
Sibling Application: The $50 flat fee applies to all children within an attending family, including all siblings.
Scope of Coverage: This fee covers full admission, childcare, and access to conference programming and meals.

Financial Assistance
We believe every family affected should be able to attend. While the cost of the conference is already heavily subsidized, for those families where registration fees or travel costs present a barrier for your family to the point that you would be unable to attend, please complete our Scholarship Fund Application Form. While there is no guarantee of funds availability, we will do our best to support with registration, travel, and lodging costs.
